Hey there! My name is Celine and I will be graduating from Kennesaw State University in summer 2021. I was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and was raised in Jonesboro, Georgia. I was raised in a Haitian household where my parents made sure I valued culture and diversity.
When I was younger, I always knew I wanted to have a career in design. It started off with fashion designing, then interior design, and now I’ve found myself in Interactive Design! Design has been a consistent passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Whatever form of design it may be, I love being able to use my creativity to produce something visually pleasing and enjoyable to others. Having the power to enhance an experience or create a memorable one for users is a gratifying feeling I am thankful I can incorporate into my career. I have learned so much about the world around me over the years. Whether I learned directly from others or the environments I have been in, learning has always been such an important part of my life. I learn by doing and that is another reason interactive design is such a great field for me. There’s so many areas to explore and I feel like I can get the most out of opportunities by taking the initiative to experiment in these different areas. I value learning and believe through learning, my possibilities are endless!
